Hi all

My goodness, is it that time of the week again already! I Hope you are now all getting into the swing of things and have had a good week’s training, even if it has meant getting a bit wet!!!

Week 4’s Plan – Lets Go….

Monday – Run 15 minutes at level 5
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – Run 20 minutes at level 5
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Run 15 minutes at level 7
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – Run 30 minutes at level 5
