Half Marathon. I hope the weather is kind to you.

Just Three Weeks of Training Left – So dig in and Keep Trying…….

Monday- Run 20 minutes at effort level 5
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – Run 5 minutes at effort level 5. 1 minute at effort level
8/9 then walk one minute at effort level 2 repeat 6 times
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Run 20 minutes at effort level 7
Saturday- Rest
Sunday – Run 45 minutes at effort level 5
