Hello, Lovely Ladies/Gentlemen

I hope you have had a good week and recovered from running the Green
Park Challenge/Reading Half.

Lets get onto the Week 8 of our training plan:

Monday- Walk 40 minutes at effort level 4
Tuesday – Rest
Wednesday – Run 5 minutes at effort level 5. 1 minute at effort level
8/9 then walk one minute at effort level 2 repeat 6 to 7 times
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Run 30 minutes at effort level 5 to 6
Saturday- Rest
Sunday – Have ago at running all or part if the Earley Urban X route
